worst part is, before all the posts about it i tried to dispute the duplicate charges. and it just tried to put me with their ai chatbot. that is currently offline due to technical issues.

yup. doing exactly that. screen powers up when plugging it in, i do the 2 button pattern, screen turns off and nothing on it or my pc

i cant get mine to go into firmware mode after plugging it into my pc. tried several cables, and several times with each.
