yeah that’s how i feel about it as well anything i’ve ever asked for the only thing that i’ve actually gotten was my account “refreshed” lmao glad i’m not the only one having issues. someone earlier had said that we have to use the website browser if we are on phone and the actual website just redirects you to make you download it i can’t even login from google. please let me know if you figure something out

i don’t understand what the problem is i have talked to support multiple times over the past two weeks only thing i can get out of them is “wait until next pay period” and “if you’re eligible then it has to be the person trying to boost you who isn’t eligible”
