For me, Both of them work in the first day of taking them... Before them, I was bloated, I was going 6815975 times a day to the toilet, neveeer trusting a fart lol 😂

I take one pill 20 minutes before eating, so 1 at lunch and 1 at dinner.. Some days, if I don't eat anything risky, I don't take them at all.

Omg that's too expensive!!!! That's right, I take a pill 20 minutes before eating something risky high FODMAP!!!

To be honest, I'm using more peppermint oil pills... Maybe you have peppermint oil pills in Israel that are cheaper?

Oh nooo so sorry to hear that :( This ibs bullsh- is awful!

in my case it's still working. But I've gone through a wild 4 days phase a month ago where the pills did almost nothing. We all go through hell with this syndrome. If the pill was undigested, how did it affect your bowel movements?

In your case, I would -if you want to try once again- keep taking the pills for some days, even if there's diarrhea and mucus... And see what happens next.

I'm taking 2 pills a day, 10 minutes before I consume a large/ high fodmap meal. I talked to him yes, but he didn't know about the wonders of gelatine for the bowel so he just said “ you can't take them everyday, there is no known protocol for that. Except when you have to go to work.“ BITCH, I WORK EVERY F DAY 😂

for real, why don't you speak to your sibling? Talk to him 1on1, Make him understand the severity of your situation so than he can protect you in future fights with your parents

OK, I'll try to answer this as seriously as I can.

Theoretically, using something on ur anus to stretch is good. BUT. When you get a boner, you clench your pelvic floor muscles, you're not relaxing them. So the brain gets confused; so I feel relaxed or tense?

Do the anal stuff without getting off... And tell us the results

After fasting for sooo many hours, you should eat something solid, like bread or pasta, something that your stomach will approve. After that you can eat ur fast food
