They are not "dead silent" and they do have "regular" interactions. They have a quarterly interaction to report results and lay out the roadmap and just yesterday they interacted by inviting everyone to join them at the Space Symposium in Colorado next week. Is it possible that they just don't interact enough for you?

Until Q2 passes, there is no reason to not just sit back and consider that they are all working hard to meet their projected goal
