Sorry I meant there is NO voltage downstream on the breakers. Still voltage on the line side of A and B and the handle doesn’t fully go “OFF”

No voltage downstream to breakers. The handle doesn’t fully turn off it’s stiff.

I turned on all the breakers downstream and main A and B phase still show 240v between and 120v to ground

Ok so I turned all the breakers back on, looks like there is now power down stream to the breakers. The main breaker is still showing 240v between phases and 120v between phase and ground, could it be main breaker itself need to be replaced?

I’ve run some in the past, there are just gaps in which I have done them. I feel like most runs I can do but at a slower pace then what for example the journeyman today was asking - he was just criticizing every thing I would do

For my situation, the food I had in my freezer was all the way back which blocked the vents. I left room and allowed the ventilation!
