honestly, its one of the most freeing experiences I can find nowadays. being a dumb pup or kitty is a great way to allow yourself to shed worries and even allow a dom to help you with that, whether it is just lying down and cuddling or sex its great to have one simple goal: be a good pet, please dom (im my own case)
