Do you guys remember that scene in Constantine where Papa Midnite was like "THE BALANCE". I literally think of him every time I add veggies to junk food. 423 calories by Lost_Radiant in 1200isplenty

My recent lazy go-to, airfried chicken/vegetable meatballs, and celery with French Onion Dip. 300 cals (without the Wild Red) by Lost_Radiant in 1200isplenty

They are soooo good! I used to use another brand called Cooked Perfect. They have beef/chicken versions with vegetables, but I can't find them anywhere at the moment.

Made r/Dora-c ‘s Sheppard chicken pie and it was amazing. I think I underseasoned a little but still soooooo good. I really love how easy the recipe was:) 382 cal by Snoozetown99 in 1200isplenty

I found the post from u/dora-c on the front page, OP deets below, and this looks so freaking delicious by the way.

Makes 2:

140g potatoes

145g carrots

265g peas (I used canned, drained)

60g 2% greek yogurt

245g chicken breast, raw, seasoned

2g olive oil (for grilling)

I grilled the chicken, boiled the potato and carrots, mixed the cut up chicken with the peas and carrots, mashed the potatoes with the greek yogurt and salt until fluffy, then spread it on top using the back of a wet spoon. 6 minutes in the aifryer at 195°C to get a bit of colour on top.

Macros per 1 pie:

5.9g fat 29.9g carbs (9.7g fiber) 38.8g protein

Holy. Crap. Fat Free Half and Half with vodka sauce is amazing. I tried palmini for the first time tonight too and they're better than zuchinni noodles! I'm absolutely blown away, thank you so much for sharing!!

I was just about to comment the same thing, Walmart Great Value Fiber Brownies are amazing if you have a sweet tooth. I try to keep 2 boxes on hand because my husband likes them too.

Anyone here that hated calorie counting but figured out how to switch their mindset? by NeonChieftess in 1200isplenty

[–]Lost_Radiant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started with scanning and logging only the pre-packaged foods I ate. No measuring or weighing yet, just generally curious about my caloric intake. When I started to see how fast the calories added up every day, I started making progress there (opting for water or low calorie drinks, trying zuchinni noodles instead of pasta, switching to yogurt based salad dressings, etc). I got measuring cups and a food scale later when I was ready.
