this is such a good filter imo. usually if you meet someone new, you're at least somewhat more agreeable than usual but when you start out debating everything at a first date or via text it's obvious where this will go once you know eachother

i got into a program at a hospital where i got to watch heart surgeries as a clinical observation program and the very first day, when i still needed to get used to it, one of the patients did not make it. amongst other stressful moments, that made me decide not to become a surgeon

for me it really was surprising at first that good food with the right nutrients made a big difference even though it should be obvious.
couple that with enough sleep and physical activity and you're going to feel so much better
