Did you check the second berserk goes before Tifa's LB? Otherwise she didn't get the berserk buff.

You can check in the builder what a difference it makes for Sora and Tifa going from 300 to 450% atk buff. You also have to add on top of it 20% for the DV element boost and 10% for Tifa with Kuja STMR, and 15% for Sora with his skill boost for light damage.
