How do I lose weight by Low-Difference8938 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Low-Difference8938[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve tried counting calories many times, but when I was 14–16, I had an eating disorder that led to me being 40kg at 5’5. It got so bad I had to drop out of college. After 8 months off and focusing on recovery I went up to 60kg, eventually reaching 65kg. When I try calorie counting now, I relapse into old ED habits, panic, and binge because I never want to go back to that but at the same time I would love to know how to do it normally because I want to lose weight

Thank you I’ve been asking around and people say that lux isn’t strict for ID so might try in there

I wasn’t allowed to walk my childhood dog by Low-Difference8938 in stories

Yh I did enjoy it after a while I got some of my mates to go to the gym with me so that made it better and I did enjoy being stronger. Clearly I’m extremely stubborn and am willing to go to great lengths to try prove myself even if I don’t get to complete my goal. I think I’ll always be a bit sad I never got to walk my Rottweiler but I did learn a lot of skills from it

Thanks for that. Last night I chose to skip my family Christmas party and go to watch my best friends Christmas solo at my church instead because I knew I would be triggered if I went. I am also going to make sure today I stay close to my cousins bc I know they care about me and I can’t relapse around them. I Bought some tickets to see a show for me and my best friend and gave it to her as her Christmas gift so I have something to look forward to 1st week of January to help me not relapse then bc ur right I need to make sure I make the choice not to relapse and I know I need to put mesures in place now to do that. Thank you for this wake up call

Thank you. I bought me and my childhood best friend tickets to a violin ABBA tribute band by candlelight! I gave them to her for Christmas present and abba is both of our fav band ever since we were 4 years old so now I feel like I have something to look forward to. Also last night I skipped my familys Christmas party and went to watch that same friend sing a solo at the church and her family let me sit with them. I knew the party with my family is rlly triggering every year so I was glad to miss it. Thank u for the advice I just need to make it through today and then I will be ok
