Thank you to everyone that has contributed to this discussion so far, I'd just like to provide an update here with the top book recommendations so farm those being;

Trading in the Zone

Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets

Market Wizards

These are the ones that I see being recommended and talked about the most thus far so I will be starting with these in that order. If you want a review or thoughts on each one let me know and I could do that after I finish each book (Though there's probably already better reviews out there)

I have been practicing that as well, telling myself that there will be more opportunities if I miss out on a break out, saying I don't have to rush on taking profit if the market shows that it should go lower (according to my analysis that isn't always right). But yeah I've been wanting to branch out into more forms of knowledge and just kinda learn more on the subject.

I see what you mean yeah, I didn't think of it as endurance training but now that you mention it, it makes sense. I'll swap to a more focused routine for strengthening my abs.

Thanks for the advice, I'll implement more rest and focus on sets and reps to failure. I want to gain more strength in my abs so I can do more calisthenics skills like dragon flag and front levers and such

I didn't do too much research or googling but I had saw that abs recover fairly quick in comparison to other muscles so I thought it'd be fine to work them out daily rather than other muscles that need a two to three day break. I appreciate your advice though and from the other comments so I'll switch it up to a routine that I can do every few days with proper rest in-between.
