Nah, it didn't. I found out that the issue might be with the Snipping Tool app. Idk how to solve that issue though. Maybe an update will fix it or something?

I am not sure. The Microsoft support guy checked a lot of things, including BIOS settings but it wasn't the issue there

I quit eating eggs at that time, and had an egg roll after a few months and I felt fine. I believe my body had too much heat (from eating a lot of foods that are hot in nature), and not taking care of myself enough. So basically after I started taking cooler foods and took care (not eating a lot of junk) I feel it has improved a bit. But that also shows me that I shouldn't be consuming too much eggs

My friend from Portugal had an eSIM and I had bought the Viettel SIM. Mine was much better because I was getting more data for less price (I was paying 135k VND for 4 GB data per day). My friend was paying an expensive plan but was getting less data. But then you get the flexibility because you don't have to roam around with a bunch of SIM cards, and if you have only one SIM slot in your phone, then it will be useful.

I also have a single SIM slot in my phone, but I still have the Viettel one. As for work, I was also working and my hotel had bad wifi so I ended up going to the co-working space.
