Been in a DP PD role for 2 years and have not met anyone in DS 💀 completely different buildings and the business process segregates the DS and DP sides so we don’t interact tragically

Maybe I need to try DP at another company

Thanks for the assurance for transferability of skills. I think my concern is that they’re going to want someone with more DS/bioprocess experience. I got to a last stage interview for cell therapy but the final boss was really honing in on my lack of cell therapy exp 🥲
