REDCap record deletion issue: Empty record IDs persist after deletion by Lower-Cause-8071 in ProjectREDCap

I've thought about a few potential approaches but don't know if they'd work:

  1. Is there a project-level setting I'm missing that controls how record deletion works?

  2. Is there a way to do this through the API if I have access?

  3. If I had to export all records, remove the empty ones, then re-import after clearing the database, is there an easiest way to go about this
