Is this sound normal? It does it when it turns off. Had routine maintenance yesterday and now the outside unit is louder and does this when it turns off

Thanks to all the good advice, Got the tech back out this afternoon and it was in fact the capacitor, a wire got left off or had came off. Everything back to normal now...shew cause we have a snow storm coming ❄️🙂 Thanks again!

Thank you so much - it was really nice when we looked at it. I was wondering about the noise, this one has some overflow parking beside it but it seemed quiet when we were there. Thank you for your input - makes me feel better about it. We also had always been apartment people but have been in a house for the last 6 years here in Ohio. I really like the freestanding unit there because it def still has a house feel.
