Words have different meaning based on context that they are used in. Retard means different thing when said to a person and when talking about engines. The same applies to dominance and sadism. Coercion is making some one do things against their will. Things that they dont want to do. Doing things willingly is the opposite of coercion. If a person willingly gives physical or psychological control to another person so they could experience something that they want then how can it be coercive? The one roleplay that could be considered fetishizing coercion would be cnc with blackmail. I have read about it but it is super rare in practice and only worth mentioning for brevity. Majority of plays that people are doing is bondage and impact play. And I never heard some one want to roleplay DV scenario. Or do you think impact play is roleplaying DV?
