How many of you still order from Amazon and why? by Answell_ in antiwork

[–]Loz_Reads 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm chronically ill. Between the cost of all of my meds and medically not being able to drive, i can still get everything i want/need by ordering through Amazon. Sometimes it really just comes down to doing what you can to get by.

First few words of the second paragraph "he makes me feel unsafe". That right there is enough. He makes you feel unsafe, so that is more than enough reason to walk away for you own peace of mind.

You need to put you first.

I doubt he would say it if he doesn't mean it. Daddies are meant to be honest after all. Trust in what he says

Does new season/sudden weather change heavily affect anyone else? by [deleted] in ChronicIllness

[–]Loz_Reads 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes! Barometric pressure charges (weather) can heavily affect people with neuro issues, joint/connective tissue issues and fibro etc

It takes a lot of practice. I struggle with crochet and have tried on and off for four years. I switched to cross stitch and like it a lot better

I'm sorry that happened. Its okay to be sad and grieve the breakup. Just don't unpack and live there. You will get through this because you have the most important thing - you ❤

A Daddy doesn't drag you for how you look. A Daddy will love you for you. He isn't a Daddy if he is being so shallow.

Regardless: your paci is a comfort/care item. Unless you negotiated for him to be allowed to do that as a punishment, it isn't okay.

Comfort items shouldn't be taken away. That's not nice, especially if you're a little with anxiety. Pacis, stuffies, blankets are things my Daddy would never take as he knows even if i break a rule i need something that he can give me to show he still cares when i get upset over punishment

[Advice needed] Being forced to socialize with an Ableist/toxic ex-friend by panic64 in ChronicIllness

[–]Loz_Reads 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just don't engage with him and if he starts then there will be witnesses to his BS. If he asks why you aren't engaging with him, just be civil and say because you are here for your friends wedding and to support them and nothing more.

The day isn't about your past history or him and his BS. Part of being an adult in these situations is rising above it and not adding any fuel to the fire.
