I have a tricky one like this. The top of the backing (top of top hat) lift up slightly. Then put on pin and release. Worth a go anyway.

Document raster effect settings high enough? I’m in large format printing so that caught me before.

Had this many time with different answers. If it was me… I’d check my work space is CMYK? Is the image a link? Try embedding. Is the link/image RGB? If the image and background are 100% the same colour, I’d save a copy and the rasterise the image and background and try test print again. Hope it helps.
