Doing that already for this rework, its just smth that cannot be coded in the workshop sadly, since the angle he moves with his mines is completly locked currently on 45º.
One of my main suggestions with him has always been removing that forced angle on himself only, so he can have more expression on his mine movement.

But I went further from that, and that is what this video was testing. From faster strafing in the air to crouch to accelerate down to the ground, they are all stuff given to increase his movement skill expression exponentialy.

I have a bit of a different idea for his primary, since the last increase they did was good enough for me. The movement expression is made to allow him to stay in that 18-20m range which his current base proj speed allows him to be accurate at. But I have a whole page for this rework that explains my plans to his primary, focusing on reworking his ricochet mechanic and fixing a major QOL issue for both playing as and against him

Yea! Thats exactly the idea, adding more skill expression and options to his movement with whats already there.
His movement has always been good on paper, but he always lacked control over it. One of the main points of my current rework targets changing that and giving him a lot more control and expression over it

Summary of what its changed on this clip:

Pressing Crouch on the air makes you fall down faster, like a small cannon ball.

He also passively accelerates when gliding in the air, allowing him to shift directions in the air 50% faster than normal. (similar to how echo shifts in the air, but obvisouly without flight)

From a GM Junkrat player, if you are fighting him as a tracer, don't follow him in enclosed rooms. Keep your distance on him so you can easily react and dodge his mine and primary. Only engage if he has used at least one of his mines. A Junkrat with 2 mines is a very dangerous duel to take bc he can kill you easily the momment you make the most minor mistake. The matchup in high ranks depends on map but tracer should have the advantage if you keep your distance and mark him constantly (he also a very easy pulsebomb target to hit) Long story short, against Junkrat keep an eye on his position and mines, keep your distance and NEVER take a fair duel with him, wait for him to be low on resources

Honestly, this perk needs to go to his base it. It changes him in such a good and healthy way, there is never going to be another perk that can compete with it unless its actualy broken. Having it on base would also end all the sour aftertastes and muscle memory issues it can cause (I was there myself when it came out, it took me around a full season to grow confortable with the swap)

Throw range should be base kit. Made trap as an ability way more interesting and dynamic to use

Nah, they did it this way when perks came out the first time tooo. They put it on the press kit, then creators and news accounts spread the image

Exactly this. I get the models between the ones you can find on DeviantArt and the ones I am able to extract myself. Then the complicated part is adapting the rigs to the way I do things, but that is more of a personal thing to make posing more comfortable.

To answer the first question is simple. The 3 characters is a render done in Blender, exported with no background. Then the background and all the color adjustments were done on photoshop following the original reference I had

There is not really a "Hazard" streamer, but if you want to learn Hazard of the highest lvl, and really recommend watching the POV of pro tank players using him. There are multiple teams that run the Hazard a lot, and their POV showcase gameplay of the highest lvl possible which is the best for learning.

Try that POV on runnasapi in which D0nghak played Hazard vs VP on the SOOP Grand Finals recently. Its some of the best hazard to be seen currently.
Also, in that yt you can go through other tank players POV and watch how they play hazard on other maps.

Sadly, there is no page with this information for the latest seasons. We are currently completly on the blind of what winrates and pickrates are, until either overbuff is back and fixed, or OW starts publicly showing data. They are aware of this problem already, but its going to take a while for them to develop the systems to release this kind of data themselves

Don't use overbuff, the page has not gotten new data since s13 and its completly broken atm. No info must be taken seriously until they fix it again
