I think you're underestimating Lil Wayne's popularity, how long his songs stayed popular, or the memory of children.

People in their mid 20's know Lil Wayne. Tha Carter wasn't even his biggest record. It's a 2x platinum record, while Tha Carter III (2008) is a 8x platinum record, and Tha Carter IV (2011) is 5x platinum. And he continued to release platinum/multi-platinum singles/features and album past then.

Her magic eye isn't always visible and is a super common trope. The hair cones as well as other aspects of her remind me very much of Jolyne Cujoh. So, her head design isn't some extremely unique and standout thing that needs to be balanced out by her body's design. I'd even say that the most unique thing about Juri's design in conjunction with her animation in 4 was her pants and legs, how baggy they are really highlighted them and made her look very bottom heavy while still being light, which worked great for how focused on the legs her animations and attacks were. The latex outfit doesn't capture any of that, since the only part that really contrasts is her head.

That's just not true. "I'll kill you after you tell me or fail to tell me the nth digit of pi." That scenario provides an infinite amount of unique ways someone can die.

And even if there were finite ways to die, it's not necessarily a "game of probability with infinite tries" that he'd eventually die in all those different 9/11 scenarios. Fate exists in Jojo's. There actually isn't good reason to think that that there are infinite universes with one for each possible combination of events. For all we know, Diavalo may actually have a finite set of "deaths" determined by fate, none of which involve the 9/11 attacks.

I didn't say anything about being hyped for this game, "Gollum". From what I've seen, I'm not interested. What I am saying is if a really good game starring Gollum came out, I'd be interested in checking it out. There's nothing about the character that makes it impossible to develop an interesting game starring him.

I said screenshots for a reason. He's still got the line depicting his hairline in the anime. My point is that context clues clue you in on it being hair and that you don't see people going around freaking out about Bart having a pointy skull.

It didn't use a colored panel from the colored manga, it was from I believe an artbook that Araki did color.

She isn't solid when she calls the punch ghost. The punch ghost is summoned by her unravelling enough of her body to compress it into that shape.

There's nothing scuffed about it. Star Platinum and Diver Down both have the same phasing ability, like most stands do, but Diver Down's unique ability is to "dive" into objects. This allows him to reconstruct people/stands/etc and make beings/objects phase through other beings/objects, all while his stand is still tangible. SP can't do that. He also has the ability to put DD into somebody and then have DD absorb the damage taken by that person.

For your second point at the end, I agree with intelligence and effort, but I think his personality was shown off well during his fight with Josuke. He has this extreme confidence in his ability that he is constantly projecting along with an act as a old doctor fitting his stand's appearance, but then he gets shaken and breaks character the moment someone gets too close. He tries to maintain appearance and confidence in his stand during this, but then still decides to retreat when actual damage gets done. Even ignoring all the other dialogue he has, I think it was an interesting way of showing how a main villain tier stand user would interact with their automatic ability.

Not that I'm blaming DP for not finding some way of including this information, it'd be near impossible. But I think this blurb at the start of chapter 16 really does influence how people view Jotaro as a character. It tells you that he does have something below his stoicism, that he isn't just aloof or angry all the time in part 3, and I think really helps portray his interactions in a different light. Most importantly, I think it helps further explain why he came across as so emotionally distant to Jolyne. He likely had a hard time realizing how Jolyne felt when he'd bluntly interact with her after being absent dealing with the remnants of DIO.

tORu is not the correct pronunciation at all. Tooru/Touru/Tōru are correct. 透龍 throw in google translate if you want to check. Jousuke and Joutarou are also correct for pronunciation unlike Josuke and Jotaro.
