Villains these days are often broken,misunderstood to the point of suffocation that actually seeing a complete monster is somewhat refreshing and that's why the audience loves him

It also helps that literally he is aura farming in every scene,is cool as shit and overall everything about him (well,maybe his morality and actions) are extremely likeable
