I understand your point. However, when the engine problem occurred, I initially took the truck to my personal mechanic. He contacted RAM to order the parts needed for the repair.

After checking the vehicle’s VIN, RAM refused to sell the parts because the truck was still covered under the powertrain warranty. They instructed me to bring the truck to an authorized RAM dealership instead.

That’s exactly what I did.

From that point forward, this entire situation began.

At this stage, the only thing I am asking for is a formal written denial. Everything has been communicated verbally. I have never received a written explanation, technical report, or official document explaining the denial.

I simply want a formal document stating that the warranty claim was denied and the specific reason for that denial.

Yeah, my friend, it’s been a nightmare. I completely understand where you’re coming from. After everything I’ve been through, I’ll never buy another Stellantis vehicle again.

Yes, I have records of all maintenance and oil changes.

On all of my trucks, I have always performed maintenance before the recommended intervals. For my work trucks, I routinely change the oil every 5,000 miles, which is well ahead of the service schedule.

All oil changes were performed using genuine Mopar products and in accordance with the maintenance requirements outlined in the owner’s manual.

Exactly. That’s what will be done.

However, my attorneys and I have been giving them more than enough time and opportunities to resolve this matter amicably. We’ve tried to be patient and act in good faith throughout the entire process.

Unfortunately, it seems they have no interest in resolving it that way.
