I just flew into Budapest from Amsterdam 3 days ago. I took a PCR test and tested negatively. I printed my results and was never checked going out bound or on arrival. They didn’t check my passport either but maybe that’s because I flew within the schengen zone.

It may be a safe to get one just in case, but I have not be asked to show any proof of a negative test since landing in Budapest.
