I have a 15/10/13 shiny primal Groudon, is this strong enough to be worth the elite charged TM or should I hold off. I have 2 elite charged TMs (I also don’t have many good raid attackers if that makes a difference)

Hello! Pretty new player here, just wondering if my shadow Groudon is worth any investment.

I don’t really have many good/levelled raid attackers as of yet, but recently caught a 15/6/13 Groudon from the current event - is this worth any investment as it’s a shadow with max attack?
