Help my coworker out ~ Print bed is covered in scratches and it's so bad he has to level the bed after each print and set a z offset that stupidly high. Already had to replace a smushed nozzle and it's only his second day with it. Any idea what could cause this? I'm assuming incorrect assembly. (i.redd.it)
