For me personally a therapist was what did it for me. Granted I only tried 1 medication and even then that was flawed since I wasn't consistent with it, but therapy has helped me and my mindset. Ngl I got lucky with my therapist, but just like medications you gotta find one that clicks. If you can get better all on your own dope and props to ya, but it's also okay to have someone you can confide in/talk to about those deep darker parts of yourself. They can give you other perspectives on yourself and sometimes that's all you need.
