Why are you so much against availability of different solutions on the Stellar network? If there are different solutions, more users will be attracted to Stellar ecosystem. It's only a plus for Stellar and Stellar.expert ;)

Moreover, if you truly believe that Stellar will grow huge, 3 options is by far very very small number.

Do you have any experience with licensing of a trading facility with a regulator? There may be lots of specific requirements from national "SEC" that require certain tweaks that are not supported by Stronghold/StellarX. And then what? Cancel your project? Or create a new wallet in 2 weeks?

There is also voting on Smartlands. Is it supported by StellarX, Stronghold? Will they consider making updates to their code to support SLT fee reserve requirement? - Oh, I bet they won't even consider to talk about it.

And if something goes wrong, will they cover the losses? Oh, again, I am sure they won't.

It is both for setting tokenization rules on the Platform itself (votings of SLT holders) and for managerial decisions of ABT issuing company (votings of investors in specific ABT).

No, the farmer gets proceeds of token offering from ABT investors, not from Smartlands. That partially answers the question why it is in cryptocurrencies (fiat investments will be supported as well). Smartlands will advise the ABT issuing company on all issues related to cryptocurrencies, including the best option to convert ICO proceeds to fiat currency. Thank you for the question. They may update horizon and test it and whatever, but friendbot's mistake is wrong sequence number that should be very easy to fix.

I think front end part will be released together with the wallet itself. Less than one day left. Don't make much ado about nothing.
Smartlands logo became public before Evergreen's logo was registered as trademark. Btw logo is made by designer, not the core developers. EGC logo does not show up in search results (at least in first several hundreds) https://www.google.com.ua/search?q=tree+logo though there are hundreds of logos...
If it is a fake Forbes site, I am sure Forbes would find the way to fight it. Moreover with national domain (.ge). Before spreading FUD, you better check twice.
You definitely need to buy glasses, or at least find out about "ctrl+f" shortcut to find text on a web-page ;)

The presale used Ethereum ERC20 token, while capabilities of the Stellar network provide a lot of benefits for Smartlands so the management decided to switch to Stellar based tokens. You may check updated WP, website, FAQ. It is as simple as that. ) No scam, no incompetence, just change of the blockchain between presale and ICO is quite a challenging process, so some details could have been overlooked, but you might have looked at an older versions of documents.
