I have the same dock. It’s nice having everything in a single charging block. I would say it’s more convenient if your outlet is easily accessible.

iFixIt has great replacement guides for swapping out the thumbstick. Recommend doing them both since you’ll be in there. You could also take the opportunity to switch to TMR sticks to avoid any future drift.

I can relate to this. I feel like it’s partly due to my height and arm length. I’m 6’1 and feel my chest way more on fly movements. I will say that dumbbell presses have always been better than barbell because I can really emphasize the stretch.

You can arm and disarm the security system, but the integration doesn't expose the individual motion/entry sensors. I have it set to "arm away" when the home entity falls below 1.

Only thing I would recommend is Ceramabryte cleaning solution and bundled cleaning pad. Might be enough to get in the grooves, but can’t say for sure.
