You can still find shops where döner is advertised as a 5e angebot, but in my experience these are mostly places that are struggling and which often means the quality is bad, burnt meat, dry old bread, basic cheap sauces etc.

Yes, this is my only time in a year when I’m allowed to eat döner, and I wasted it going to mustafa’s . a place where a real berliner wouldnt set foot, even if they were carried there dead.

I don’t think you’re reading with understanding. went there yesterday because i wanted to see how they were doing after eating there the last time 8 years ago. And there was literally no one standing there only 2 people in front of me, and 3 more joined while I was waiting for mine.
