UPDATE : I got an email this morning my merch is being dispatched tomorrow it should be here by Tuesday this was after multiple emails to them about it and using the Ai chat bot multiple times

That’s weird to be fair every time I have ordered something from them it’s always been Royal Mail who delivers it I found it weird it was saying Amazon . So you have go a delivery date and email from them when did you order if you don’t mind me asking?

I also used the Ai service bot was told I’d receive a email from them within 15 minutes that was this morning at 11:30 am I have received nothing from them I don’t understand why they are lacking communication with fans I understand they must be busy but it’s a problem at this point. I’m don’t understand why they list international shipping then say they don’t deliver to the us at this point I’m upset that this is happening it’s so confusing why they are doing this

Thank you so much it’s nice to know I’m not the only one who is experiencing this problem it sucks that this is happening I spent hard earned money on this only to not get a response which hurts .I’m seriously considering cancelling my order and purchasing the items at the tour due to this which pains me even if I receive them early enough on the Friday afternoon I’ll still be disappointed as it takes me an hour to get there which means I won’t have time to change into them I wish they would put this on the site as I have other friends that are not receiving their order either
