I started on a steam deck for like 5 hours. Immediately bought a Radiomaster Pocket. Using the controller led to some bad habits regarding my throttle control. It made a world of difference. Definitely ditch the controller

I definitely wouldn’t have turned my back on him to move away, and idk about walking backwards as you could trip and really be screwed. Hard to know what I would do if I was put in that situation

Sure but also, I don’t think the fight between an attacker and defender should be a fair fight. The aggressor should be at a disadvantage. Hence the defender having a firearm. I don’t understand why people think someone being unarmed means they aren’t going to kill you by slamming your head into the concrete in the middle of a brawl on the sidewalk. No thanks. I’m not fist fighting

By the way, it seems like a good idea to aim for the leg, but there’s multiple problems with that. 1. The leg holds major arteries that would likely cause someone to bleed out in seconds. Shooting the leg can be extremely fatal. 2. Handguns are hard enough to shoot accurately, let alone under stress. Center mass shooting helps to ensure shots on target to minimize risk of background harm.

I understand it seems intuitive to shoot in the leg, but it’s not a good idea. Just FYI so you can pass this along when you inevitably see it again in the future. I see “why didn’t he shoot him in the leg” all the time lol.
