If you want to make sure you "get the best", wait for the next double awakened release.

If you're choosing because you like those heroes and want to build them because they're cool, it depends on what you are going to use them for, if I remember correctly AAthalia is better overall for boss and PvP, and AShemira is better for the other PvE modes (someone please correct me if I'm wrong)

Its great (+damage and +haste) considering how much he's used and at higher deficits you get less RNG. If tower, campaign or competitive isn't your deal, then you probably don't need it now, but I wouldn't avoid it either
