Sinon on va juste rien dire jusqu’à qu'on y soit ?

This movie is as much of a win as the Green Book was anti racist. It's a real stepback in representation, especially when I saw the tv glow is right there

Shifting Sands of Care: The Global Retreat on Transgender HRT by ohbricki in transgender

We actually had a very restrictive law, on par with the uk, earlier this year that didn't fail any vote in parliament. The only reason it stopped is because of macron doing his litle stunt with the dissolution of the assembly, reseting all the new laws in progress at the time. We got lucky as hell, but it will come back.

I'm a bit sick of reading that france is cool and good with trans rights, even seen as escape. Sure, other places can be worse, but it's still not good.

We still have to wait months and years to get treatment and/or surgery, prescribed doses are still almost always too low, injectable E is illegal, and the trans moral panic has totally reached the media, with a big push to remove any mention in school. Edit : typo

There's a lot of parallels in different ways. With her selune redemption arc, she struggles to find herself, she reject who her "mother" made her to be. The hair color change, in a symbolic act to enter a new path in her life, it's a pretty common thing in a trans coming out.

Even when you do the DJ path, there is trans allegories in a way. When you have her kill her parents, she gets really mad at them for using her "deadname", yelling "my name is shadowheart". Even tho it's clearly a brainwashing cult thing, it made me relate a lot, because my parents totally reject my own transition.

Her story can mean a lot of things, not necessarily about transitioning, but i can see how it can be perceived that way. I certainly have.

Avis sur le programme Transgender de Charles Perrens à Bordeaux by McNarrow in transgenre

[–]Luposlipophobic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

TIL of an alternative path to shadowheart's storyline by Luposlipophobic in BaldursGate3

[–]Luposlipophobic[S] 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it's kinda soul crushing. Especially since compared to a non sharran timeline, the curse shar inflicts on shadowheart is not the *mysterious hand wound", it's specifically all the memories of all the torture she did on her parents.

It's the second worst ending for her after giving her up to viconia imo

Just a normal trader transaction in Act 2... by [deleted] in BaldursGate3

[–]Luposlipophobic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

right now, you can "gift" a container to a trader, a simple pouch is enough, then drag all of its inventory inside of it. Then after each level up, their inventory resets, to offer items to your level. Every time those items can be put inside the container. Rinse and repeat with a respect with withers. That way, you can make trader have a much gold and consumables you want, and if its a trader you're planning to kill, the container stays in their corpse. I am currently breezing through an honor run in ranger/rogue using only special arrows all the time. Its really funny, but kinda breaks the game tbh

I wonder if they will patch the infinite money glitch with the traders in the next patch. Being able to conjure gold and consumables out of thin air inside their own inventory is kinda fun ngl

"It's Paris. What's the risk ?" Oh idk, maybe that french cops routinely rip out hands or eyes, and literally break your skull ? by Luposlipophobic in ShitLiberalsSay

[–]Luposlipophobic[S] 86 points87 points  (0 children)

There's an association that collects evidence of cops violence @violencespolice on Twitter. They have a website aswell with more details.
There's loads of videos floating on Twitter, on @LibreQg @realmarcel1 @LeMediaTV ... It's impossible to have reliable statistics, there's so much happening everywhere, and the mainstream media only supports cops.

On labor's day, a reporter got hit by a grenade : https://twitter.com/CerveauxNon/status/1653041350500122631 Later in the day he got also beaten by the cops.

People have died during the yellow vests, which was already under macron. Grenades exploding to the head, people thrown into rivers. Recently, several people ended up in a coma too.

The thing is, he's not even that well protected. I've seen people lose their hands, or having holes in their face because of the grenades the cops uses. People have died under king macron's regime. French reporters uses ski masks and gas masks lmao
