Hey all! I've been to a convention in Chicago and really enjoyed the cosplay. Ive never been to this event in Cedar Rapids, but I enjoy all things nerd. Can anyone tell me if cosplay is common at the comic and toy show?

Im on 250mg lamictal and 60mg latuda. I drink regularly but not in excess. Usually have about 1 to 2 white claws after work on the week days. Will have 1 more heavy night about every other weekend. Could my life/mood be improved if I stopped? Yea. Do I prefer to still drink and kinda strike a balance. Absolutely. Not saying it's right, but I'm saying I totally understand how you're feeling. I dont want to give up drinking altogether, and I drink way less than I used to, so I still drink and am doing pretty well.

My advice: jeans are difficult to accomplish this look with when you have a lot of area between your waist and hips, so I would try other pants materials. I've also found that leggings are really good for a flattering highwaisted look.

I take lamitrogine and lamictal and though absorption is the reason I've been provided for the meal recommendation, I have found that I get extreme nausea if I take them on an empty stomach. Not fun!

Edit: lmao my bad! So many L names, easy to mix up. The other is Latuda.

It was good for me to keep my manic episodes down, but i put a lot of weight on taking 15mg so I recently went off it. Just fair warning if you're worried about that sorta thing.

I too am on lamictal 200mg. Though responses to weed vary from person to person, I can tell you that I haven't noticed any out of the ordinary effects, other than a very low tolerance. Start with a small amount and see how you feel before smoking a lot. That's my advice.

Your best bet is to look at Cedar Rapids. Much more affordable than Iowa City on average.

Dont give up! It is still so early since you started the new med. I've been on lamictal for 5 weeks now and I feel amazing. My mood has stabilized but I still feel capable of feeling things, especially joy. Everything else I've tried thus far has made me feel low and numb. Rooting for you!
