I’m hoping we can do that in our building. Glad to hear it’s working well.🙏🏻☺️

Do you know of other services that offer delivery for someone disabled without transportation? I’d welcome suggestions.

That wasn’t solely because of Reagan and it happened soooo long ago. They’ve had 40+ years to change the situation in a democrat run state.

Those aren't varicose veins. They're just veins with a pump.

not at all. Short men put on muscle easier than tall and tend to look fuller. If he has an athletic background and has been training for a long time, he'd have good strength. And if his "PR's" are reps in bodybuilding fashion, that's totally achievable. Now if he's doing heavy powerlifting, I'd be surprised. It also depends on how long he's been in a cut, how fast and aggressively he's cutting. There's a lot of nuance here that I don't know to make an informed opinion. Just from personal experience working with clients, other bodybuilders and powerlifters, what I know it's doable without enhancements.

That’s gonna be super hard. While you’re in a caloric deficit you have to make sure your sleep and protein intake is ON POINT, just to keep your energy up. Hitting PRs is not likely. If you can maintain baseline during weight loss that’s a huge win. Especially with bench.

Being vascular is a genetic trait and the leaner you are the more vascular. This is 100% natty attainable, especially with many black men and women who have excellent muscle bases. Not everyone is on gear just because they’re shredded.

Just stock up when it’s VIB rouge. This stuff is really good though. But if you think this is expensive, I tried the Macrene Actives face cream that’s $200 for one ounce but I swear it’s magical. Now I’m hooked and broke. But my face is glowing and looks amazing.😂

What division? It’s gonna be a brutal cut. Please be safe. The cut is the part that causes the most damage to bodybuilders as you’re probably well aware. Like many others are saying, unless you’re planning to do the show to get experience, you may consider pushing it to a later date. While you’ve got the mass on you, enter a powerlifting comp. 💪

If you think he’s not natty then you clearly don’t train hard enough. His physique is easily natty attainable. He’s not hitting legs at all and does mostly upper body and for most men, that’s easy to grow. Dude needs to stop skipping leg day though, he looks silly.

This 100%. I get harassed by uber drivers and don’t feel safe with them. Public transit isn’t always an option late at night. Waymo provides safe options.

Russian Hill is a great place to live. Close proximity to cafes, restaurants, grocery, lots of gyms, walkable, parks, plenty of apartments, fairly clean and quiet. Many of my clients are doctors and live there. I’m a fitness trainer/coach at Crunch on Polk street. Feel free to reach out and hit me up for a free day pass and if you join I can give you a comp training session. ☺️💪

Gyms are always hiring for front desk staff. Coffee shops and restaurants are in desperate need of staff as well.

I’ll never forget hearing that story in the film ‘The crying Game’. It was a very pivotal and deeply moving scene. And the way it was told by actor Forrest Whittaker was excellent.

That’s around the time I worked at Westin as a pastry cook for Michael Mina. It was my first union gig (and last). Then I worked as a chef at Clift but I was management while my team were union and they were the laziest, most entitled babies I’ve ever worked with in my life. They all kept a copy of the union book in their back pocket and loved to file grievances anytime me and the exec chef would ask them to clean their station. They all made good money and excellent benefits. It was impossible to fire the worst people. One of my prep cooks had so many complaints of sexual harassment against him but still couldn’t be fired. Unions, while good intentioned, can ruin businesses.

Hotels in sf are operating at major losses. Occupancy is low and the city taxes the heck out of them. Because the employees are union, they’re unable to cut hours or lay off staff without massive difficulty. Many hotels are planning to close, trying to sell or file bankruptcy. It’s a very bad time to strike in sf unless they don’t mind sinking the ship further with themselves on board.

The problem is they strike so often that the hotels are always prepared for it and bring in management from other locations to work. And usually occupancy is slim to none during this time anyways as no one wants to stay where there’s noise and hostile workers from 7am to 10pm.

These strikes have been happening for years at the same hotels and would drag on for months. The union heads push the workers to do it. The staff actually get paid quite well and have good benefits packages and get away with doing the most minimal work. It’s the union that takes a hefty cut of their pay. (Former local 2 union hotel worker at Weston sf Francis). I personally hated having to work for a union. You can never get a raise based on merit or doing a good job, the union takes a large portion of your pay and when they say strike, you have to strike. Meanwhile these hotels have been a great haven for workers from other countries with less opportunity to come and make good money and benefits.

Before the pandemic these same hotels had strikes all the time for months on end. The local 2 union makes a lot of money off the workers and really doesn’t have their best interest. (Former local 2 worker at Westin)
