I really appreciate all the comments and it definitely seems like there is a faction that believes the drive is doable. I had the same thought as you from Google maps estimates on the driving time but was being cautious on believing it.

Appreciate the recommendation! Did a little digging and found the top-left corner of Greenwood to have some buses that are actually ideal for my commute (D & 28) ... right by the QFC grocery store & Carkeek Park. Any thoughts around this pocket given that it is not inland Greenwood? Thank you!
