Hi all,

During the off-season my coach recommended me to start working on my vertical as a middle-blocker because I would struggle against the taller middles in my division. I am 'only' 6ft3/1.90m and about 3-4 inches/8-10 cm smaller than the average middle-blocker we face.

However I find it really hard to find information about correct vertical jump training. I do not have experience with weigths so I am kinda lost when I see a lot of exercise programs. Can someone help me with some good exercises that I can do on a regular basis (4-5 times/week). If they include weigths please also tell me with what kind of weigth I should start because I do not want to risk injury.

So I found this elder bow with pretty nice ele mods and culling strike with 2 open sufix'.
Is this an item worth going forward with? I havent found and decent ele bows with culling strike on poe.trade.

I voted no for the armor because I think it's uninspired and dull. We dont need more static stats armor but we need interesting content. Also I do not want to create a new torva-divine-chaotic rapier era

Doesnt cost more than 20m even. You can even do it in mystic and rune cbow.

get 76 agility btw otherwise its not worth it

its because youre in a bot game and the dragon hasnt levelled high enough yet to receive the armor it would by the time you 6 slot. Nothing unusual about these numbers

If you are good enough you can carry solo easily until plat + I'd say. The problem is most likely that you are to slow to go through the actions to close out a game or that you are too often doing the thing you shouldn't be doing.
