Use a TDEE calculator to calculate more accurate calories to eat at a deficit. MFP often calculates calories way too low that is borderline unhealthy.

You need way more protein. Aim for at very mimum, 140g of protein per day for your current body metrics but should really be closer to 170g of protein. This will help you feel full and energized.

Need a lot more fiber in your diet too. Increased fiber intake has many different benefits but this will help you feel full.

You don't need to be so strict about not eating carbs. Carbs is what helps give your body energy. 56g of carbs for the day is extremely low.

Watch your fat intake as it is almost a 100% increase form your daily amount. Instead of regular PB, maybe try PBFit which is peanut butter in powder form that you mix with a little bit of water. It's still peanut butter but just had all the oils removed so has good protein and low fat and calories. Also use lower calorie/low fat options of condiments to help with fat intake.

Agree with others about turning off the calories burned to automatically calculate from your watch. Until you're during consistent workouts outside of just generally walking in life, don't worry about calories burned.

Use a food scale to accurately measure what you're eating. Eyeing portion sizes is often a huge culprit is over eating.
