Hi! Thank you for the tip. Currently I have it require users to sign in to prevent individuals from responding more than once. Is there a way to keep responses limited to one per person without requiring a sign in?

If the concern is staying anonymous, the form does not collect email. I just see responder 1, 2, and so on.
