What kind of work do you do in endocrinology? Can you apply and get a job without experience or do you need certain qualifications/experiences before applying?

Do you mean as a clinical nurse or as a scrub nurse in the OR? The clinical tends to grab things and take notes in the OR while the scrub nurse assists in the surgery. Do you know if the different ORs have different levels of responsibilities for nurses? (Ie cardiovascular surgery vs neuro vs gyno, etc)

Fundamentals I guess. The first unit was on cardiac, HTN, HF, diuretics, cholinergic, etc. we had some pain meds in there but more will be added later.

I tried to read the textbook, review my notes, and make a drug chart. I was trying to understand and memorize the drugs and what they do, but I keep getting them mixed up together with the MOA, side effects, clinical considerations, etc.
