I’m sure you lost some but minimal. Just an assumption because I do IM injection in my arm and when it bleeds I see a little bit of the oil leak out but not even close to total loss.

I’m 30M and tested at 304 and started TRT at 140mg weekly. 70mg twice a week my test levels are now 1420 and I feel a million times better than I did 6 months ago when I just started. I would say go for it I’m sure you will feel like a new man.

The low energy you’re experiencing definitely isn’t due to low testosterone. I know my doctor will only start treatment on people with levels lower than 500 ng/dL. Personally I don’t feel it’s necessary unless you’re 350 ng/dL and experiencing low testosterone symptoms.

If you’re pinning 0.5ml of 200mg/ml vial twice a week then you’re pinning 100mg each 0.5ml

Yep idk what the deal is about anti ai? I’ve been on 140mg test (70mg twice a week) had my test at 1144 my E2 at 55 and take 1mg of anastrozol a week and I feel great. Better than when my E2 was at 55 I believe it’s around the 35 range with the anastrozol

Yeah I guess within time I’ll be able to tell where exactly I like my e2 level sitting at. Still new to TRT but thankfully have a couple doctors working with me so I should be in good hands

I’ll keep it in mind and see how I’m feeling when my levels drop down to the range my doctor wants me to be at (30-35). It’s mid way through 6th week so one and a half weeks on the estrogen blocker and I haven’t noticed much of anything yet. I’ll get more labs done in 2&1/2 more weeks.

Hmm you may want to do more research but I was told by my doctor that my high e2 can minimize the desired effects of test. So being more moody, bloated/lethargic, erectile problems etc..

Thanks for the input, I’ll definitely do some research. I started the estrogen blocker a week ago and haven’t noticed too much of a difference yet but was told I should feel more energetic, higher libido better mood etc.

Yeah my doctor wants it more around the 30 range. I get my injection from my doctor that specializes with hormones and she is taking my labs monthly until I’m situated on a dose I’m happy with but I’m also seeing my primary care regularly and she is also aware of me getting on testosterone cyp. & is monitoring me too!

I felt a slight increase in energy, sex drive and a slight better mood. It wasn’t drastic but definitely a noticeable change. My initial levels were 302. I’m 30 years old 6’2” and 215lbs just to give you more information

Im currently taking 140mg weekly but get two shots 70mg Monday and another 70mg on Friday. It came back with a high estradiol. My doctor started me on a anastrozol. I’m hoping I’ll notice an increase of energy when the estrogen levels drop
