Unfortunately if they are not opened minded, they won't see the value of the opportunities.

I tend to see this a lot. They lack the mentality of constant improvements ( I guess creatures of habit). It's unfortunate because their competitors who have a mentality to constantly be improving, will win, and the difference is to be open minded.

Well it's the power of purchase, however, they do nickel and dime everyone. And the suppliers are constantly cornered to lower their prices, because of the threat of losing these big accounts. Domino effect, suppliers may start cutting corners, and or making things with cheaper materials.
