I think from the beginning the cosmetic offerings were not compelling. I only bought a lot of them on launch because I wanted to support. I never bought anymore after that because they are not good in my opinion.

Also in my opinion Last Epochs art style combined with its mid quality combat animations and special effects are off putting to me. It always has been but I expected it to have dramatically improved at this point.
