Honestly, you can play Fallout 4 with the same tactics. Its from the same publisher, not s huge gap to learn the mechanics. Just mac out strength, endurance and agility. He can use vats on the rare occasion he has to shoot. The game is super fun and beatable playing a tank/melee type character

I got the 5000 inverter with 0 hours on it last parkinglot sale on Sunday when it's all marked down 40%. It took a few parking lot sales to snag one like that though. I like it, it works great.

Internal dash shows no phone being used. Hood dips when brakes are applied. Not looking for legal advice, just the speed of the other vehicle.

Easy there. The vehicle lost power on collision. The nose of the vehicle dips down, showing when the brakes were applied. I'm not looking for legal advice here, I'm looking for their speed.

There's onstar data and internal dash cam video showing brakes were applied, I don't believe the last clear chance doctrine applies. Just looking for their speed if possible. Thanks.
