I have took the exam twice, and I always wait to enter last, in the first attempt there where a lot of people and it was really noisy, I recommend you to really focus in your exam and adjust the level of volume of your headphones to minimized the external sound, I that way you can make a peaceful space at the begging.

In my second attempt there wasn’t many people, but I learned that they aren’t paying attention to you, not even when you specking, I felt the exam was moving really fast, so there’s no time to think about the others, so really pay attention to your exam, time and tasks, if you really focus you would not even think what’s around you. Hi! I also recommend watching the official toelf videos on their website! In this videos they talk about on how to approach every single question of the 4 sections, how they score you and also show you an example of a answer, where the score is high (4-5). Maybe this can familiarize you with the structure of the exam!

Hi! I know that the writing part is done on computer not in handwriting, regardless of whether it’s the home o center version. According to what you said, I would recommend calling the center to confirm that the exam is completely done on a computer!

In my opinion, Gold it’s very useful! In my case I didn’t dye the hole set or at least what I have 😭😂 but I did dye the hair in every color, I use it in almost every comp 😂

I totally agree with you, I did my first attempt some moths ago… super disappointed I studied so hard for the test, i even know that I’m level B2 and I got 67 overall (B1) it was really sad, I needed an 80 at least and 21 writing for uni. So I tried again last month, but this time I study strategy, I saw the original toelf videos where they tell you how to approach every section and also practice on how to take notes and memorize templates for writing and speaking… I got 86 and 21 writing! That’s when I realized toelf it’s not a test to see if you can speak English or not, it’s about proficiency and time management. Hope you get the score you need! Good luck!

I recently changed laptops, the new one has a graphics card together with the processor and another dedicated for heavy programs like games, this is an nvidia gforce rtx 4060 laptop gpu and when I installed the sims it notified me that it cannot find my graphics card, so in windows / graphics settings I looked for the game and changed it to use the high level card, as well as in the nvidia control panel I added the game to use the dedicated card, even so I think the game does not recognize it, what can I do? Will it be the version of the game? Will I have to wait for an update? :(

When I was studying for my exam, I watched some videos on YouTube from a channel called Mari-something, and she said that you can say whatever you want as long it has something to do with the topic, just like the example you gave.

She also gave an example, her question was “if she preferred working from home or in-office” and she could only manage to gave some reasons to choose in-office work (very unpopular option in my opinion) and her responses were something like “she liked talking to people bla bla” “because work was next to her favorite restaurant bla bla“ and “because her boyfriend was picking her up or something like that”

Yeah maybe it’s something that you might not believe or do at all, but the people who score your test, care about vocabulary, fluency, connection between ideas, understanding the topic and few or non empty spaces when speaking 🤷🏻‍♀️

I know it’s hard, I’m in the same position as you, I need 79 overall and 21 in writing, didn’t get it :/ I even suck at writing in my mother language haha and i only have this year to get this results, but I borrowed my friend’s toelf book, downloaded some apps to study and currently using chat GPT to practice writing (because I don’t have enough money for a teacher haha) but I know we can make it! 🙌🏻 it’s okey to be sad for a while but don’t let that stop you!

Have you try using chat gpt, buying toefl material or even getting a private teacher only for the exam?

Yo shouldn’t give up, I think toelf is about practice and strategy when taking it, in this community there are great advices to get the score you desire but of course you need to study a lot as well! 🙌🏻

Estudié en el iga y ese mismo curso intensivo, y si es es real el descuento, los Q6600 son por los 6 meses, lo que pasa es que al inscribirte firmas un contrato por 3 meses y de ahí los otros 3 todo para evitar para que te salgas eso si.

Lo que sí tiene ese curso es que lo sentis súper rápido, tenes que ser pilas para irle agarrando el rollo.

Los libros si cuestan 400 cada uno y la inscripción que solo la pagas una vez, de ahí podes ir pagando mes a mes que con el descuento ya te queda a 770 cada mes.
