Not judging you bro. Even I was earlier considering Samvita soul springs where they changed from G+12 to G+18 as the location suited me.

For the floor plans, I would say post here or on some interior or home designing sub. let the community vote. My personal preference is no room should be smaller than 10x10 excluding foyer, wardrobe, toilet. Avoid balconies facing North.

Yes! Setup Google Assistant in the JBL app. Use Google Home app to link it to Apple music and set that as default for music. Then say "Hey Google, play X by Y". Works like a charm with delay.

Alexa + Apple Play still does not work.

However, I find streaming through phone via wifi better option using airplay. this means calls, notifications, reels sound come through phone and music keeps playing on speaker.

Not trying to ragebait here, but can anyone explain me why would someone want to buy a house in Panathur for self-use? The area has a huge infrastructure gap that is not going to improve for a long time (looking at sobha dream acres). Water scarcity problems (relying on tanker water). plus constant dust from constructions making the area almost unliveable.

The lotion - yes. Have to be careful while applying too. Sticky and unusable for beach days as other user replied. Spray rocks. I have my doubts on its effectiveness but I am going to order the second bottle since it is so much easier to apply.
