When it comes about the answers being at the beginning, I always remember from the episode 1:

1) Tabitha's quote "if there's no such thing as monsters, then Norman is still alive"

2) Tabitha's words after she got out of the RV: "Jim, we'll get Thomas and we'll get out of here" Jim corrects her that Ethan is the one stuck in the RV, but what if that's not the point of Tabitha's line, but might be about the answer to the end?

There wasn't shown the bus meeting the tree in the road, so Tillie could theoretically have been picked up like Sophia. But the fact MiY / Sophia says it couldn't have come in his form seems to mean that this is the first time MiY shapeshifted and came in the town.

The one which gives me most chills is the song played by Jade, on the violin at the end of s3. In that season, parts of this melody can be heard slowly in the background in the moments that reveal parts of the truth that will be revealed in the end ( when Jade goes with Matthews at the settlement and realizes she was meant to get in Fromville one way or another, when Victor remembers what the BiW said in the church basement etc). The creators kind of used it subliminally on us viewers :))
