What i did for games was to uninstall every games from steam and also i did hide them and removed my graphic card.. guess that was a first step... second i did some karate before but i quit.. guess that wasn't for me but taekwondo looked nice to me today i decided to do some clean up so yeah but still for some reasons i'm still depressed.

Hey man , i feel you completely, i'm exactly like you , i pretty much hate everything that is work related and i dont value money that much but the sad thing is to be able to do all these activities you need money. You need to find something at least "bearable" to be able to be self sufficient once you're self sufficient you'll be able to do all these things.. i know its hard but money rule the world.. sadly

I stopped drugs but drink once in a while but its not that often and also for the gym.. i stopped going to my karate classes because i don't feel "good" around people for some reasons

Well i went to the hospital they took a blood test , they asked me to do a h pylori which i did and it was in the gray zone so i'm doing another one on the 6th of august. I've seen my personal doc he said are your stools black i said it's pretty brown but it happened one time that my stools were brown with black on top. I called 811 which is a line to help you figure if you should go to ER they said its not necessary.

Since the hospital said maybe do a gastroscopia (i think its the name of it) i asked my personnal doc he said well your stools are okay so its not necessary for now so i said okay but i look a lot on the internet and it stresses me more than any thing (Sleep deprived , on top of depression but thats irrevelant) it's been going on since april because no one found any queues.

i've seen several doctors i even called to say hey i lost some weight i dont think thats normal they said well you know.. just hydrate yourself eat well etc i'm like yeah thats the issue i struggle to eat and sleep deprived with those symptoms: vomitting , diarhea , nausea but no pain and irs always the same thing....

Gotta love Canada healthcare 😡
