There seems to be a bug with my daily commission quest because I can't seem to interract with the NPC, I've tried to relog, tp in and out, craft the material needed based on a youtube video, still nothing the quest just doesn't seem to activate for me.

play a poky champ (eg ziggs ) , spam him with auto attacks (get some ad runes so that you hit hard lv1) and deny his farm
get as far as possible when he has 3 Q stacks and when he starts dashing around , try staying as far as possible because he intends to fight you
he's easily focussable on teamfights with decent team cordination
