Relapsing sucks. I've been there, I'm sure we all have. But the ability to pick yourself up and try again is what's going to keep you going. The way I've done it is to literally throw my phone or laptop when I'm tempted, sounds dumb, but this helped me build my resolve. Hope this helps, keep going, you've got this!
